Space Reservations & Facility Information
The Herbert Wertheim Center for Business Excellence (WCBE) is a shared academic and professional environment designed to support the mission of the Herbert Wertheim College of Business (HWCOB). As such, space reservations are limited to HWCOB faculty, staff, students, and affiliated organizations.
Classroom Reservations
Classroom scheduling is managed by Academic Scheduling.
- Faculty and Staff may request classroom space by emailing EMT-AcadSched-Events@fsu.edu.
- HWCOB-affiliated Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) may request academic space through Mazevo, administered by Campus Event Services. For assistance, contact ces@fsu.edu. If you are unsure if your organization is affiliated with HWCOB, please contact Emily Balke, student engagement coordinator, at ebalke@wertheim.fsu.edu.
Breakout Rooms, Labs, and Conference Rooms
Breakout rooms, lab spaces, and small conference rooms will be available for reservation through Appspace, which is scheduled to launch for the HWCOB community at the start of the Fall 2026 semester.
Additional information and access instructions will be shared in the coming weeks. Until Appspace becomes available, these spaces are open and may be used on a first-come, first-served basis.
Brian and Renee Murphy Forum
The Brian and Renee Murphy Forum serves as the College's premier non-academic event venue. Reservations are limited and subject to availability.
- HWCOB Faculty and Staff may submit reservation requests by contacting the Events Team at events@wertheim.fsu.edu.
