While the college is in the process of developing a long-term space reservation process, rooms in the Herbert Wertheim Center for Business Excellence may be reserved by college faculty, staff and students using the form below.

Please keep in mind:
- Space reservation requests must be submitted at least two full business days in advance. This requirement applies to all requests, including those submitted during weekends, holidays or university closures.
- Submitting the form does not guarantee a reservation. Instead, it initiates a request for review by the college’s events management team.
- After submitting your request, you will receive an automated confirmation email at your FSU address from events@business.fsu.edu. All subsequent communication regarding your request should be sent as a reply to that original message.
- Once your request has been reviewed, a member of the events management team will respond to the original email with an update on the status of your reservation. Please allow up to two business days for this review process.
